1 Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "you") of the krikya platform and its services. By creating an account on krikya, using its services, or accessing the platform in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3 Account Responsibility and Security

3.1 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, renting or allowing any third party to use your account in any way is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the personal use of the registered individual only.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotions

krikya offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,500 bonus gives a balance of ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may apply only to specific games or sections.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be shared with or transferred to other users.
• If fraud is detected in relation to a bonus offer, the relevant bonus and any winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

krikya's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses. Silver tier offers up to 1.0% and Gold tier up to 1.5% cashback. Regular play allows members to move up to higher tiers.

6 Game Rules and Betting Terms

6.1 Game Results

All game results on krikya are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. krikya does not manipulate game outcomes. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it will be cancelled and the original stake returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

The odds set by krikya for sports betting are final. If odds change after a bet is placed, payment will be made according to the originally accepted odds. If a match is cancelled, the stake is refunded, though each sport's own rules apply in this regard.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on krikya:

• Playing using software, bots or any other automated method.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to influence game results.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

Involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and possible legal action.

8 Account Suspension and Closure
